When scheduling your appointment, please have your Visa or MasterCard account available.

Cancellations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service rate on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates
Anjella Paulette Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift Cards can be issued for a dollar amount or a specific service. (Please note: Anjella Paulette Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Gratuities are not included in Gift Cards.)

Retail Policy
To extend the benefits of your treatment, we offer high quality products as part of your home regiment. Products may be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in spa service pricing. A 15-20% gratuity is customary on all spa services.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks. A $30 fee will be charged for all return checks.

Valuables
Please keep valuables with you at all times, as Anjella Paulette is not responsible for lost of stolen items.

Attire
Spa robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Our therapists are trained in proper draping to protect your privacy.

Environment
For your comfort and wellbeing, smoking is not permitted, and cell phones and pagers must be on silent. Children are not allowed unless being serviced.

Scheduling
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit proper amount of time necessary to complete your service. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as to not delay the next appointment.
