We require a valid credit card or gift certificate to reserve your spa experience.
Treatments that are not canceled within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost to the credit card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax and get comfortable. Arriving late may require us to shorten your treatment time so it does not overlap with the next client.
For the perfect gift of caring and nurturing, gift certificates are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase and may be purchased from the spa concierge or online.
Gift certificates can be mailed for a $2.00 fee (certified mail only), emailed, or left at the spa for your gift receiver. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and are not redeemable for cash.

Gratuities are appreciated and left to your discretion. However, a 18% gratuity will be added to all party services and packages. Cash gratuity is preferred (envelopes are available at the front desk) or they can be added to your credit card receipt.
When scheduling, please inform us of any health issues, pregnancies, recent surgeries, heart disorders, or other health conditions that may require service adjustments. Certain treatments may not advised.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Each returned check will result in a $35 charge.
Should I shave?
Male spa guests: If you are having a facial service, we suggest you shave several hours prior to arrival.
Female spa guests: We suggest no leg shaving on the day of a body treatment. Skin nicks may be irritated.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may exchange it for a spa credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the container is at least ¾ full. There are no cash refunds on services or gift certificates.
Out of respect for other guests, we do not allow small children in the spa. In addition, cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.
Anjella Paulette is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. If you bring your valuables, we have envelopes to store them for safekeeping.
